      Entretien

      Got an email to schedule a zoom call for a phone screen. In the phone screen, they mentioned the hiring process - 30 min behavioral with senior manager, 1 hr technical with senior manager, 30 min behavioral with CTO. They said they would get respond within a few days, but they ghosted. Unprofessional.

      Hiring process started with a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a take home assignment. These were very straightforward. The problem came when it was time to schedule another interview with the CTO. Got ghosted at the zoom waiting room when it came time to do the interview and was eventually told by the recruiter that someone else had been hired. Complete disregard for my time prepping for the interview and time taken doing the online assessment. They could not even wait to at least finish interviewing all their candidates before hiring one. Extremely unprofessional.

      Initial screening with recruiter was nice and professional. Then it sort of all went down hill. 1 hour technical screening, to which I was told there will be another 1 hour technical following that, if I pass. I passed, then a few days before the next interview they changed the interview process and sent me a coding challenge to have done before the next interview that was already scheduled. I did that interview and was told there would be ONE more interview afterwards with the CTO. So I did the interview with the CTO, then was waiting to hear if I would be getting an offer or not. Instead, they set up another interview. So I did the final interview with them where there ended up being a ton of technical issues on their end with the question, so it ended up taking about 2.5-3 hours of my time (instead of the scheduled 1 hour). After that, I was sent a short rejection email saying I didn't have enough experience and no other feedback. I replied asking for some more feedback since I had spent so much time interviewing here it didn't make sense to be rejected for my experience level (my experience can be told from my resume and maybe the first couple of interviews + its a junior engineering position). They ghosted my reply.

      There is a coding challenge and they only ask random technical questions from the frontend all the way down to the infrastructure.
