Clear and understandable process. Starting with a call with the recruiter, afterwards an interview based on skills and experience, complemented with a cultural-fit interview and last but not least a day at the office. At this day you are given a case to work on and present to the founders afterwards.
All within a matter of 2 weeks, where especially the day at the office gives a good idea how the vibe and people are. Where it is also a good way to show your skills.

Question 1
Questions range from experience and skills related, to questions about "Where did you fail in the past?". Or "How would you describe yourself as a traveler, and how does that match your personality".

The interview process was 4 rounds with one 'day at the office' where you are asked to be on location for the whole day. It's a tough process but during each stage you do get a real feeling for the type of people that work there, how they hire and what they are looking for.
The day at the office in particular was a challenge but it also helped me a lot in getting to know some potential team mates, get a feel for how people collaborate, the ways of working and being around for lunch gives you a moment to meet others and talk about other things. Plus I got a Bever voucher which allowed me to buy that travel bag that I always thought was too expensive so that's nice too.
I felt like being myself was always really appreciated and that gave me a good feeling. The stages in the process feels like a two way street and you really are given the time and space to ask your own questions which I really appreciated.

Question 1
During the day at the office, I was presented a case specific to the domain I was interviewing for and the way you answer it, present it and prepare for it is completely up to you. Managing my time, asking the right questions and having something to communicate your answer by the end was the most important/challenging in my opinion.

I saw job ad and messaged to it's publisher as I was looking at this company for quite a long time. Soon they conducted me a call with a recruiter, it was a nice talk, mostly about cultural fit.
