It is about "Polaris Wireless, Bangalore" that is said to be part of/subsidiary of Global Logic. There was no process defined it seems. Three rounds of interview happened and they even might not be knowing the reason of three rounds of interview.

1) This company does not reimburse the travel charges and accommodation charges when invites somebody for final interview from outside.
2) Seems like this company has some product and customers have bought this product, but seems like does not have any advertisement in web.
3) The technical standard of the interviewer is limited and no knowledge on similar tools and software which they use.
4) Standard of interviewer is also not good.
