Entretien
Really straightforward, had an initial phone screening then moved on to a 1x1 interview with my potential boss. It was extremely conversational and more about getting to know me as a person rather than just work experience. Second round was a mock discovery call (or demo) with the CEO (or could be CTO) and potential boss again - great experience with really solid feedback. Last round was a culture fit interview with a current member of the sales team. Overall I really enjoyed the process and how I was able to meet and learn from multiple people in the sales department.

Recruiter was the gatekeeper for the conversation and the next round would be with the sales manager before a round with the sales manager and CEO. They wanted a practical exercise and culture-fit assessment too.

Entretien
The interview process was refreshing and gave me plenty of opportunity to qualify the role. All stakeholders where fully engaged and genuinely invested in the conversation. The process consisted of a screening call, 45-minute call with hiring manager, case study with hiring manager and CEO, and final call with a culture champion to see if there is a cultural fit. Overall, it was an excellent process.
