A technical test done at home at a very easy and unprofessional interview on-site, but just because I requested to do it. I had the interview with the leader in charge who unfortunately wasn't enough prepared to evaluate my skills.

My application was submitted by a recruiter, so presumably they had some CV checks, but suddenly and timely I received a Zoom interview request. Seemed like a quick process, as this meeting was with the engineering manager, but also quite confusing as the questions were pretty straightforward HR questions (in other companies) of different work events in your life, nothing technical nor some form of competency assessment. Next day, early on I did receive a very impersonal "Thank you for your interest, after reviewing your application you've been unsuccessful". That's fine, but given this wasn't strictly a CV review, it felt very disappointing not to receive some form of feedback on our previous conversation.
