Screener was off camera, did not introduce his title or role and went right to having me begin with my questions which was the extent of the interview. It was very strange and he did not seem to have any experience in interviewing
I was approached by headhunter for this investment analyst role, spoke to the HR for an initial talk and then interviewed by your future boss. The interview process is very focused on the sector you will be looking at and how to build models etc.
