The interviewer in PocketFM seemed uninterested in conducting the interview. He did not care for the structure of the problem - only wanted a final answer. He made me skip over the structure. Unrealistic expectations from an interview, and it felt like it was conducted by an inexperienced interviewer.

3 step process, interviews with Senior Growth Manager, Director and Head of Geography.
Interviews were mostly around prior experience and checking fit for the role. Process took around 3 weeks overall
