After my initial application I was contacted by a very kind recruiter. We had an initial interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Following that interview, I went on to take a cognitive assessment test as well as a personality test. Once those were accepted, I was set up to do a Zoom interview by one of the heads of the department. My third interview was in person with two more individuals from the same department. Overall everyone was kind and respectful. This was definitely a positive experience. Ultimately the role was closed and not offered to any of the candidates. This is totally understandable considering the current market and job climate. I would love to hear from them in the future.

Received email request to schedule interview to speak about position with recruiter. I selected a time on their calendar and sent a follow-up "Thank you, look forward to speaking soon". Recruiter emailed back on a Sunday and said they looked forward to it as well. Fast forward to morning of interview and receive the following: "Thank you for your interest in Pluralsight! I must apologize, for I have made a grave error. After further review, I have learned that when sending out call invitations, my system was filtered incorrectly and I sent out invitations to ALL candidates. I pride myself in creating positive candidate experiences because Pluralsight is such an amazing company that is driven by values and people, but I also want to be transparent that we have decided to move forward with other candidates." Felt both unprofessional and inconsiderate, esp since they had reached out on a weekend to say looking forward to talking.
