Process begins with a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter, where you share your background and why you’re interested in Pluralsight.
Scheduled a video interview with two product designers in Utah to talk about your background in more depth as well as share some of your work and describe your process.
I felt that only one of the interviewers was actually paying attention, the other didn’t really contribute to the conversation and seemed distracted.

I politely declined the 2nd interview as I received another offer that offered leadership opportunity.

A recruiter contacted me to see if I would be interested to interview. I didn’t really feel like looking for a job, but I’ve heard some positive things about the company. I have 15 years experience and didn’t make it past a phone screening. It’s frustrating that recruiters are spamming people who aren’t even looking just to get more bodies in the door. 0/10
