I applied online and opted in for texting updates. Within 10 minutes of applying I received a text to schedule an over the phone interview. The recruiter went over the job ad and asked me situational questions. At the end she asked if the $40k salary plus commission for the first year was OK. I asked her why she worded it that way and she said because after the first year the job is 100% commission. I told her I was no longer interested in the position.
