Overall, I found the process to be well-managed, structured, and professional. Each step was clearly communicated, and I appreciated the timely updates throughout. The HR Manager coordinating the interview process was amazing and took great care in checking in throughout the entire process, helping with interview preparation and being very transparent. That said, I did feel that the timeline was somewhat condensed, which made it a bit challenging to fully absorb and prepare for each stage. While this did not detract from the professionalism of the process, a slightly more extended timeline could provide candidates with additional time to reflect and prepare for deeper discussions.
