The store manager contacted me via email within a week after I applied online with my CV and cover letter. It's an one on one behavioural interview. I got the offer within 3 days after the interview.

The manager took me in back storage area and interviewed me one on one. She asked me questions about my past experience in retail, questions about my personality, and described the role that I would play as a sale associate.
