A week and a half after submitting the application they sent out an automated e-mail with a link to an online technical test that they have created. The test consists of about 25 questions of varying complexity, ranging from simply logic puzzles to detailed code reviews and actual programming. It takes around about 1 hour to complete. At the end of the test I was informed they would contact me if I was successfully and would be moving forward in the interview process.
