      Pros: - Team seems motivated and smart -- asking a lot of great questions. - Scheduling interviews was easy through their portal. Cons: - Right out the gate, the recruiter mentioned that their interview process took around one month. That felt very fast but I trusted they knew their process. Overall the interview process took over 3 months from first screening to completing the final panel-style interview. Each time I went to submit availability for an interview, the earliest date being 1.5-2 weeks out. This included a week-long company off-site that wasn't mentioned until I asked about scheduling my interview sooner. - The panel style interview was a bit murky. While I received a rubrick of how it would go, the subjects outlined didn't match up with the interviews themself. Then the calendar invite titles would also not match up with what the interviewer had prepared. An example being an interview titled "Mobile System Design". I was prepared to look at a feature and talk about how to implement it and go through a formal design outline with requirements gathering and laying out a architectural plan. The interview instead talked about consolidating an existing feature and how I would pitch it to leadership. The interviewer mentioned that the interview would be more "organic and off the cuff". I think this would have been fine if thats what I had been prepared for. - One of my panel interviews, my interviewer didn't show up. I don't blame them, but I do blame the coordinator for scheduling me with someone based in California for a 9AM EST interview. - Finally: (And what ultimately lead me to post this] After 3 months of interviewing, I received no e-mail or follow up after my final interview. Essentially ghosted after 3 months and SEVEN interviews and at least two well intentioned follow ups asking about next steps, if any. I received nothing and found this to be while not uncommon, incredibly unprofessional.
