They asked to do a unpaid coding project they call a challenge within a week's time which took a couple hours of time to complete - a waste time of time in my opinion. In-person interview they ask general questions about your experience and also comment on the coding project. No real technical questions, instead they ask you specific questions about collaboration which unless you've worked with them before you are unlikely to give the right answer to. They also brought in an obviously fresh graduate hire that asked some irrelevant questions. Not remote friendly.
