thirty minute interview with a Principal on the team. A mix of behavioral and technical questions asked. Pretty typical. Spent some time on the resume and also some basic quesitons like why do you want to work in private equity

Why PE? Why Platinum? Pick a deal that you spent the most time on.
Met with several senior members of the firm across various organizations/roles. Asked great questions. Good discussion. Company has a great vision, strong leadership. This was shared during the discussions. The process lasted about 30 days from first interview to offer.
