I had an initial call w/ hiring manger which was pretty standard and straight forward. He assessed my current skills and projects from my current job. Basic resume questions nothing difficult. He was very personable and friendly. I was then asked if i had time to talk to the technical manager. This is where my interview turned south. I have never been so insulted in an interview, as he began to ask me question after question. I am honest in how I answer and I gave my experience in the asked technology/skill. He was obviously not impressed and said I had very little experience. This manager was also so negative. He took out his frustration from the last guy only lasting a month on me. He made this job sound so impossible. Usually you talk up a job not talk the job down. The job didn't seem impossible, but working for this guy might be tough.
