J'ai passé un entretien chez Planned Parenthood (Washington, DC)
Entretien
The interview process was brief, all conducted online, not particularly complex or interesting. It was also very impersonal and very structured, which was unusual compared to other nonprofit interviews I took.

Question 1
How would you work across teams in a large organization?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Planned Parenthood (Washington, DC)
Entretien
Four rounds, long panels, friendly interviewers for the most part. The process took a long time for them to do an internal promotion, so I felt like I lost a lot of time and the feedback I was getting was really positive, so I felt pretty disappointed afterwards.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working for Planned Parenthood?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Planned Parenthood (New York, NY) en juil. 2022
Entretien
I had 4 interview rounds. I had a short phone screening call with HR, followed by a one-on-one video interview with the hiring manager. Then I was asked to sit for a panel interview with three members of various teams the role worked with. Finally, I had a second interview with the hiring manager over the phone. After undergoing 4 interview rounds over the course of about 1-2 months, I was rejected by an automatic email from the hiring platform Planned Parenthood uses that thanked me for applying and informed me that they had decided not to proceed with my application. I was a finalist for the position, competing with maybe 2-5 other candidates, neither the hiring manager nor HR bothered to send a personalized email informing me of the decision.
