There were 4 and a half steps in this interview process.
1st - A half hour interview with a PPHP HR rep. I think this was just to make sure you were legit and could give you the contact info of people in your department.
2nd - An interview with your supervisor for thirty minutes to an hour.
3rd - A presentation on a sex ed topic of your choice. You have to give a 20 minute presentation on a topic and members of your department act as students and ask you questions. They use this to test your skills as an educator and if you're quick on your feet (that last one I learned after I was hired is a big thing you're evaluated on).
4th - Immediately after your presentation, there's interview with the manager of your department and this was about forty five minutes.
5th - I don't think this totally counts or how it factored into your job app but I had to take a test on Microsoft Word and Excel. This was an online module where you have to show proficiency in both these platforms.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
In the more general interviews, you are asked things about your skills and background, particular sex ed interests, etc. One big thing that they need to see is if you have some form of health education experience, whether it was a former job, volunteer gig, internship, etc. One of my interviews was a "tell me about a time you..." so come prepared with a few situations in your experiences that you handled well.
For the presentation, you give your presentation, but since the department members are asking you questions, you need to be quick on your feet and engage with them. But they love asking difficult questions and trying to derail you. So be able to answer their questions and don't detour too hard. When asked value questions (is it normal to do this? etc), follow a some people do this, other people do this, and you have to decide what's best for you kinda thing.

After applying online, about two weeks later I was scheduled for my initial interview. The initial interview consisted of a panel of three health educators, who asked about about my background in the field and situation based questions ( approximately a 30 minute interview).
A week later, I was called back for a second interview, which consisted of me presenting a health topic (any) and showing my presenting skills to the health educators. (approximately 20min presentation and 10 minutes for questions).

Interview was held with three of the center's staff, HR member, Director of Education, and Center Director. Very friendly and professional. Standard interview questions regarding my history with other non-profit companies and how they could translate to a roll with Planned Parenthood. Directly asked questions regarding whether I would be comfortable speaking with different groups of people including different socioeconomic status/background/religion etc. and how I would command a group of students as a teaching professional. Questioned how I felt about the agency and the public profile it tends to have. Very easy interview, felt very comfortable with the staff from the outset, and I enjoyed speaking with all three of the interviewees. Applied on a Monday, received a call for the interview the next day, interviewed on a Wednesday, received an offer the same evening, accepted the position, background check was run over the weekend, start date was set up for following week.
