I applied online and received an email about a week after to interview. The interview was maybe ten minutes and that's only because I asked several questions about the role and responsibilities. Despite being told I had a great cover letter I was asked three questions and received no follow up questions to expand on anything I said. It became clear she had her mind made up before I got there. I asked when I could expect to hear back and learn the outcome regardless of the results and was told by the end of the week via email. Even after I sent a customary follow up email I never heard back. Overall it was a very easy interview only because it was lazy, unfortunately.
