J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Planned Parenthood (Spokane, WA) en août 2014
Entretien
Lengthy interview process. First screened by telephone. They really want to make sure you believe in the mission and support the cause. After the phone interview, you move on to an in-person interview. Mine was with a panel of four which was very intimidating. But they are required to ask the exact same questions to all candidates so they were very standard questions. It takes about an hour.

Question 1
They ask typical interview questions, like what are your strengths and weaknesses? Describe experiences with customer service when someone was upset. They also asked if you are aware of what services PP provides so its good to check the website and note that its not just pregnancy tests, birth control, and std screenings. They also provide an array of women care such as breast cancer screenings, hpv testing, and preventative cervical cancer surgeries.
the interview went well. I only completed the first interview and was asked to schedule a second one but felt pretty let down by the company. It's very low pay for the position. Not really enough to live on where I was interviewing for.
Phone interview then job shadowing at nearest clinic. The job shadowing shows what you will be dealing with there. I was able to job shadow on a day they did abortions.

I didn't go through the entire process because I received a different offer partway through, but the first step that I took part in was a brief phone interview with a recruiter.
