Selection is directly based on an interview where the HR and seniors try to find out your potential. You'd be called for a phone screening post which the HR would give you the venue for across the table interview. after the last round youd be given the joining letter/offer letter immediately. Mostly the date of joining is anything from 1 week to 1 month. Could be negotiated
