Coding screening assessment, followed by a coding interview, then finally followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Got ghosted after a final round interview with the hiring manager. They could not even be bothered to send a simple rejection email. Very unprofessional and bizarre.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, very well organised and thoughtfully structured throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and professional, and everyone I encountered was incredibly respectful and welcoming. It was clear that they genuinely value the people they interact with, whether candidates or colleagues. I had the pleasure of speaking with several employees there, and each conversation left a positive impression on me. They were open, engaging, and passionate about what they do, which gave me a great sense of the company culture. Overall it was a very encouraging and memorable experience.
