They were very quick to respond to my job application; I got a link for a one-way-interview within 24 hours. After submitting the one-way-interview, things slowed down, and it took them about 3 weeks to send me an email that I wasn't successful. I called them for feedback but they said they had over 2000 applicants so they cannot give a one-one-one feedback unfortunately.

You are asked to answer a scenario based question, when you go there for a 5 mins interview - while filling a simple questionnaire
