The interview was smooth, but this organization is literally messed up, they conducted 3 rounds then eventually then they disappeared by saying that they can't match my CTC expectation. Then they came back 15 days later that now they can. So they scheduled one another round now, for final evaluation. After the final round I received call that we are in all good stage and The senior Hr will contact me by eod regarding the offer, and till then we can process with exchange of Onboarding required documents. I was all cool with it so I shared some documents too, then I received another call that the senior Hr is ill and I will be contacted by someone else soon. I waited for like 48 hours I received nothing, Then I tried calling Hr back, mailed her did all stuff, they actually ghosted after that. Thank God I didn't join this organization as by this incident I realized they are running on 0 values. I advise everyone to think 10 times before interviewing with this company. I really regret the 5 leaves that I took just to prepare for this company interview.
