Overall, the interview process was fairly standard. The first round was with an in-house recruiter and was an average interview experience. The conversation was professional and covered background, experience, and general fit for the role. After the interview, I followed up with a thank you email, which received a response. However, after that, I did not hear back further and the process seemed to stop without any additional communication. While the initial interaction was positive, I would have appreciated clearer communication and closure at the end of the process.
