I received a test through email and had 1 hour to complete it, it consisted on 2 parts. The first part had to do with my general knowledge on development and humanitarian problematics. The second part was basic financial management knowledge.

No questions were asked since it was the first phase and it consisted only on answering a test.
The recruitment process went well, was quickly and efficient. I don't have anything else to say about the recruitment process as I did not go very far into the process and didn't get an offer.

Submission of cover letter and resume, followed by a Skype interview, was then asked for references and a writing sample and e-mail contact after that. There were extremely long delays in the process. One month or more between contacts...very unprofessional. Interview questions were typical, regarding my experience relevant to the position. Was told that my application and interview were quite impressive, but still did not get the job.
