After submitting my application, I received a call from the general manager, who asked me to come to the store for an interview. I accepted, and was interviewed. During the interview, he described the nature of the job & the job responsibilities. Afterwards, he asked what my availability was.

The atmosphere was laid back and friendly. Suggested business casual dress, and be yourself. I can only speak on the behalf of the manager who interviewed me. It was a very long interview.
