It lasted about 15 minutes and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They seemed more interested in personality and willingness to work flexible hours than in past experience.

I submitted a resume online, then was contacted by the regional manager a week or two after for an in person interview. Afterwards, we scanned some documentation and I was taken immediately to the back for work.
