I had three interviews, 1st was with the principal. The 2nd was with The Head of department of studies (DOS), who reviewed my experience. Checking my references. Reviewed & checked my qualifications. My 3rd interview was a skills test, this was carried out to clarify my learning style, to ensure I would be a good fit for there establishment.
