First round of interviews has a lot of behavioural questions. Would be difficult if go un-prepared. There were 2 people from HR conducting the interview constantly typing your answers on their laptops which may make the interview a little awkward.

Tell me about yourself? Tell me a time you succeed in working in a team. Angry customers and how to deal with them What do you think Pitcher Partners' client would expect from the firm? Difficulty in adapting to a new environment and how you solve them ( i dont remember the question quite clearly)

Very good response times to applications and interview follow-ups, interviewers were very professional, informative/answered my questions in good detail, while also being welcoming and friendly. The process was an encouraging sign and indicative of a positive workplace culture.
