The team was professional and respectful across the board and every interviewer had a prepared list of questions. There was not sufficient time for me to ask questions but there were multiple rounds of interviews so overall I had time.

They expect you to have an understanding or strong interest in this industry. Likely asked to sell something more personal to you. Talk up your customer service and problem solving skills mostly. Extremely casual company, even the recruiter and some of the team were wearing sweatshirts or flip flops. No need to dress up much here at all. Seems like a very young immature company staff.
