Went through four rounds of interviews. The first was a 20 minute phone screening with HR. Second was with the New York office supervisor. Final interview was with a senior manager in Seattle. Interviews were all fairly straight forward. The final interview consisted of a role playing question

Simple, not too bad and pretty standard. Smooth interview process and was three rounds. Nice company and everyone I met and interviewed with were helpful and nice. There was a sales activity and they asked the normal interview questions.

Personality and ability to make a pitch. Work on the pitch a lot- that almost messed me up! Ask a lot of questions when you are pitching- that is what they want to see!
