The hiring & interview process began with a online submission of the application - the initial job posting itself was on our school job search engine. I had an initial phone screen, which was approximately 30mins long. The second step was an in-house interview ended up being a series of interviews where I met with the interviewer conducting the phone screen, and also a member of one of the teams I would be working with, and the CEO. I was called in again for a second in-house interview, and was required to take a Caliper Profile test and met with another member of a team I would be interacting with. The company has very intelligent people and it has an authentic start-up vibe.
