Two interviews back to back on one day. First round interview came from the Career Exploration Program. After program, got interviews about three weeks later. The process had decent communication, but still no answer of whether I received offer or not

Applied online then received an email the next day to schedule a phone interview. Had about a 15 minute phone interview with a recruiter and was told she would follow up the next week. The following week they changed the position to an associate position and she had me resubmit my application online. After this I never heard back.
