I applied online and then I directly pinged the co-founder in LinkedIn and asked him for a 5-minute phone call and he agreed for the same and the first round went well and then he asked me to come to the office for an in-person interview and I won't call that as an interview since it was like speaking to a person whom you know for several years but the reality I met him for the first time and an hour interview went like five minutes and then the very next day HR called me for the next steps.
