-You fill out an application on-site or online -I filled mine out at the location that was hiring, the Branch Manager had been out of the office, so I gave it to one of the Member Service Representatives to give to the Manager -I received a call within 2-3 days to set up an interview after submitting application -The interview was held in the Branch Manager's Office with Branch Manager and one other individual -Interview lasted about an hour and a half -About 1-2 days later I was called to say they were interested in hiring me by the HR Department
