The interview experience was challenging but very positive and insightful. This is not an interview that you can come to unprepared. You start with a phone screening, then a hiring manager interview, followed by four back to back interviews and a presentation. The information for the presentation is received after you make it past the hiring manager phase and it's essentially raw data that you have to analyze and compile into data points to encourage the client to continue investing in their Pinterest strategy.
