The process was straightforward. I connected with a Marketing manager who appointed me to a recruiter. I sent in my application and received an email that it was not the right match. Overall very to the point.

Entretien
Recruiter screen first, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a portfolio/case study presentation. After that there’s usually a product design or critique exercise, cross-functional interviews with PMs/engineers, and then final behavioral rounds. They seem to focus a lot on product thinking, communication, collaboration, and being able to explain design decisions/tradeoffs clearly.

Very intense interview process. Started with recruiter phone screen, then hiring manager interview, then 45 minute portfolio presentation, then 1:1s (mostly with product managers and other product designers). Recruiter was very responsive and helpful.
