I had an interview through Karat for one hour. I did not do well enough to proceed to the next stage. P interest gave me a mentor who couched me a few times for the next interview with a Pinterest Engineer. It was not a very hard question. The Recruiting team had excellent customer service and they inspired me to want to go work at Pinterest when I am ready.

Process from CodeSignal to offer took about 1 month, overall pretty quick turnarounds to progress

Hashing-type question with emphasis on time and space complexities
Overall experience was neutral. Got an online assessment, finished it the next day. Did not hear back from them for 3 months. All of the test cases passed for the OA.
