Phone interview with director followed by Onsite. Met one manager and two analyst. One of the analyst on linkedin project himself to be data scientist but do more of data pulling job. Other analyst was really good. Director shared her own vision for the team but did not give much specifics about role. She did mention few things that could be expected out of the role. I believe they were still figuring out many things how to organize things around the objective for next year. Got a rejection email even though I thought I was more than fit for the role but they have analyst making decision who got ego riding on their head
