J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pinterest (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
The interview process consisted of two phone interviews and an on-site four person interview with a presentation they asked me to prepare.
Cons
-Hiring manager did not want to answer my questions. In the 2 hour phone interview and 4 hour in-house interview - they left me almost no time to ask questions and did not answer any of my phone interview follow up questions or my on-site interview follow up questions (they were the same questions).
-One of the interviewers hadn't looked at my portfolio (in the creative field this shows they aren't taking you seriously).
-Hiring manager focused on subjects that were irrelevant to the job.
-Recruiters never reached back out after the on-site interview to let me know I did not get the job. I think after 2 phone interviews and a 4 hour on-site interview where they asked me to create a presentation - it isn't out of line to expect an email letting me know I did not get the job.
-During the on-site I received no sort of tour of the building or space. In all the other on-site interviews I've had, there has always been a quick tour. I think this shows that Pinterest is inviting candidates that they may not be entirely serious about to the office for an on-site. It isn't a huge deal but it is an interesting difference I noticed.
Pros
-The process happened pretty quickly which was nice.
-Up until they decided I wasn't a candidate anymore - the recruiters were quick to respond.
