Recruiting process war smooth and fairly quick (2 weeks). The first step was to hand in a writing example in English and German to evaluate my language skills. The second step was a phone screen with the manager. It entailed a description of the job and a couple of questions. The final step was an on-site interview with in total 4 interviews.
