Recruiter interview was standard, background and review of the role, culture. Second round was with the hiring manager, which was straight forward. Third round was an XFN team loop (4 XFNs), and the Fourth round was a pitch/case study. The Final stage was meeting/interview with the skip-level manager. It was a lengthy process, about a month given the number of interviews. Feedback and advancement to the subsequent round was quick, but ultimately I did not get the offer.
