Good experience with the recruiter but the hiring manager seems very inexperienced. 30min interview with the recruiter asking vetting questions to verify alignment with the job. 30min with the hiring manager although it the hiring manager started to become disinterested 10mins into the conversation. The rejection was immediate which in a way, is always good to be notified, but was disappointed in the lack of professionalism in interviewing the candidate. The role was open for many months which is unusual in this market.
