Casual, relaxed and really felt I got a feel for the organization and my future bosses/co-workers. The culture was the main draw for this company and you know quickly if you can handle it or not.

I did three interviews, one on the phone with the employee that would later become my direct manager, one in person interview with the Department Manager and his assistant, and a final in person interview with the HR director, and one of the owners of the company. This is no longer the hiring practice and minimal interviewing is necessary, though no interviewing will happen for the Art Department as they have not hired a new employee in 3 years.
