Was late to begin the interview. Then once the interview started he was very disorganized. Seemed like he had never interviewed anyone before. Kept asking what classes I took in college. I could tell he didn't look over my resume at all. Basically told me he and his team members don't have time to train anyone for the job and said he would ask them and get back to me and never did.
