Fairly easy interview process, first was a generic video response interview you had to film by yourself on some platform. Then a virtual interview with the hiring manager followed by a 35-40 minute IQ assessment
However, they said to give them a week to follow up for next steps which they did not follow up until about 10 days later. In my opinion a week is a long time already, and unprofessional to give a timeline that long and still not stick to it. Especially in the talent acquisition profession

Entretien
I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process with Pinnacle Fertility. From the start, the TA was extremely thorough and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way, which made the process feel seamless and professional. I also appreciated the opportunity to speak directly with the VP of HR and the CFO — both conversations were insightful and made me feel valued as a candidate. Overall, the process was smooth from start to finish, and it reflected the company’s commitment to professionalism and transparency.
