Entretien
A bit lengthy but well communicated throughout. Applied online and got contacted by HR from the US the next day and was scheduled for a CCAT test which is recorded via your webcam and its easy if you prepare for it well, after that you get scheduled for a phone interview from HR just a basic screening asking about your past and your future and what not.
If you pass that you're scheduled for a lengthy phone call with your reporting manager, again its more about you and you get to ask all your questions and get a more insight about the role and what challenges you might face.
If all is hunky dory you're scheduled for an on site interview with your seniors and your manager this is very technical and you should be well prepared for it. if you ace that you get the offer on the day or the day after the latest.
What I thoroughly enjoyed and amused me was the clear communication from everyone involved and the precision about each step.

Had the great opportunity to successfully clear the interview.
The interview process was 3 rounds Technical and Mangerial followed by an HR discussion.
Emphasis was on the job requirement and not generic.
First round : Recruiter assessment
- Overall technical skills
- Work history
- General awareness
- Followed by a task to be competed offline which was a technical challenge of setting up of webserver from scratch, setup security, IAM and other requirememts
Second round:
A detailed discussion about the project and follow up questions.
Scneraio based questions with customer support focus. Mock customer call with an irate customer and random scenario which was very well setup and was a surprise!
Third round: HR discussion about the salary components, benefits and start date,

3 stage interview process stating with HR then technical interview followed by soft skills interview.
Good experience and engaging process. Stress free process and very accomodating. Knowledgeable interviewers. Very considerate.

Entretien
2 informal and casual phone calls with HR recruiters then a 30 minute phoner with manager. Final video zoom with 4 people including coworkers, manager, and team lead that lasted 75 mins. Some questions were difficult but not too complex.
