My recruiter made the connection and there was a quick phone screen with a Ping recruiter based in the USA. A quick technical phone screen with a senior developer followed. I was then provided with a programming exercise and given a few days to deliver a solution. They liked my solution, so I was invited for a two hour panel discussion with a dev team and management during which my solution was discussed as well as my experience and the ins and outs of the job. A few days later I got an offer.
